Bossy Blocks has no accounts and no sign-in. We never ask for your name or your email address, and we don't want them. The game reports how it is being played — scores, levels, cards, crashes — under a random ID it makes up on your device. There are no ads, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party trackers. We don't sell or share your data with anyone.
This policy explains what the Bossy Blocks mobile game collects and why. The game is made by Iron Treble Technology Inc. If anything here is unclear, email us and we'll answer plainly.
For four things and nothing else: to run the global leaderboard, to find and fix bugs, to balance the game's difficulty and cards, and to confirm the app hasn't been tampered with. None of it is used for advertising, profiling, or automated decisions about you. The leaderboard shows a rank and a score — never a name, because we don't have one.
Nobody. No ad networks, no analytics vendors, no attribution SDKs, no data brokers. The game talks only to servers we run ourselves. We don't sell your information or share it for anyone's advertising purposes. The only third party involved is the company that hosts our servers, which stores the data on our behalf and does nothing else with it. We may also disclose information if we're legally required to.
On servers we operate in Canada. We keep gameplay reports for as long as they're useful for understanding how the game is played, and server logs for a short period only.
To stop sending anything: delete the game. Reporting stops immediately and the random ID is removed from your device.
To delete what we already have: open the Game Info screen, note your Player ID, and email it to us. We'll delete the records stored under that ID. We have to ask for the ID because it's the only way we can find your data — we hold no other means of identifying you.
Our lawful basis for the collection above is our legitimate interest in operating, supporting, securing and improving the game. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, to object to processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We don't sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and you won't be treated differently for exercising any of these rights. The practical caveat is the one above: without the Player ID from the Game Info screen we can't tell which records are yours, and we aren't going to collect more information about you in order to find out.
Bossy Blocks isn't directed at children under 13. Nothing is collected differently for a younger player, because none of it identifies anyone in the first place. A parent who wants a child's records removed uses the same Player ID route as anyone else.
If we change what the game collects, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will also reach the App Store and Google Play privacy disclosures before the version that makes the change ships.
